Who am I?

Hi, I’m EJ, a Full Stack Developer who enjoys turning complex problems into clean, maintainable solutions. I’m open to remote, freelance, and full-time opportunities. My current focus is the modern React ecosystem — React 18, Next.js, advanced patterns, and production-grade applications.

My Journey

My journey started during my B.Sc. in Computer Science with a deep curiosity for how things work. I began with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, then explored full-stack frameworks like Laravel and Django. After building several backend-heavy projects, I fell in love with the component-driven architecture and developer experience of React. My latest and most significant project — IndiGalleria, a complete art gallery and e-commerce platform — was built entirely with React 18 and modern frontend tools. It features role-based dashboards, secure checkout, complex state management, and a polished UX. Today I’m fully immersed in Next.js 15 (App Router, Server Components, Server Actions) and focused on becoming a top-tier React/Next.js developer ready for freelance and full-time roles.

My Approach

I begin every project by understanding the client’s goals in detail. I define the required features, choose the right tech stack, and plan a clear roadmap. Then I build a minimum viable product (MVP) to test the core functionality. My focus is on clean, reusable components and a simple, clean UI. I optimize performance after the core build. I stay updated by following tech trends on Instagram and Twitter/X, and I ensure team clarity through well-documented code and meaningful comments. Above all, I believe in continuous learning and using the best tools to build better solutions.
